Refreshing data from external databases
If the data from an external database has changed, you can refresh the data that you imported in the Quattro Pro spreadsheet to reflect the changes. For example, suppose you imported data from an external database to create a monthly summary of the hours worked in your department. By refreshing the data at the end of the month, you can automatically get the latest data in the spreadsheet.
