Mapping a network drive
You can map a network drive so that you can access a file server. You can also disconnect a network drive.
To map a network drive |  |

Click File
 Open. |

Click Tools
Map network drive. |

3.

|
Choose a drive from the Drive list box.

4.

Type the network path to the file server.
